After almost two years of absence, including a stint on routes for Horizon Carnival during an emergency repair in drydock, Liberty Carnival resumed sailing from Port Canaveral. The Conquest-class ship is back on the routes it does best, short Bahamas cruises offering a variety of ports of call.
Freedom Carnival Back to Port Canaveral
Liberty Carnival departs from Port Canaveral today, January 24, 2022, for a 4-day Bahamas cruise. Day one is a day of fun at sea, followed by a stopover in Nassau on Wednesday and Bimini on Thursday, before returning to Port Canaveral on Friday January 28. In both ports, Liberty Carnival must be moored from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In addition to this route, Freedom Carnival is planned for other 3 and 4 day itineraries. Its 3-day cruises will only visit Nassau, docking in the bustling capital of the Bahamas from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. These itineraries will also include a day at sea for guests to enjoy this magnificent vessel.

Freedom Returned early to cover Horizon
Freedom Carnival has been out of service since the industry shutdown began in March 2020.
